How does beautiful Moraga Place look from a real estate perspective for a year over year glance? As usual, it is pretty much the same, on the quiet side, which is in some ways the beauty of the community. Currently there is one house for sale, which is the same count as there was for the 1st quarter last year. Actually, it is the same house as it has been on the market quite a long time. There was one closed escrow this past quarter, which was a private sale, vs none for the same time period last year. Currently there is one home for lease, with no leases, and last year 2 homes were leased.
