As usual, there has not been a great deal of real estate activity on your lovely street this past year. Let’s look at how it fared in 2016 vs. 2015.
In comparing this past quarter to the last quarter of 2015, there was slightly more activity in there is currently 1 home for sale vs. none in ’15. With that exception, it is/was the same each year with no homes in escrow, no closed escrows, and no homes available for lease. Let’s look and see what the differences are/were year over year between the two years. There was slightly more activity in 2015 than in 2016. One home was listed for sale, there were 2 closed escrows and 1 lease in 2015, and in 2016 the only real estate activity was 2 leases (1 of which was a renewal of a previous lease).
