Basically, as they say “the more things change, the more they stay the same”.
There are not a lot of differences between the real estate activity from 2014 and 2015. In 2014, there was one closed escrow and in 2015 there were two! Currently the numbers for the street (one of my favorites by the way), are the same, no active listings, no homes in escrow, nor any closed escrows. One of the homes that sold this year had been sold in 2014 and the price differential between the two sales was quite spectacular!
