I really do hate sounding like a broken record, but from year to year and quarter to quarter, particularly on just one small street such as yours, there is not a great deal of real estate activity. For this past quarter, the only big change is that currently there are 3 homes available for sale, vs. none at the same time period last year. Then again other than having 2 homes available for lease, vs. none last year, nothing is different. There are no homes in escrow as it was last year, and no closed escrows.
I really enjoy meeting new people. As such I would love to meet with you and see how I might assist you with your real estate needs. Looking forward to hearing from you.
