As I have said a few times in the past, from a real estate perspective, not much has changed from this past quarter to the same period of time last year. The only difference is that currently there are 2 homes available for sale there was 1 closed escrow this past quarter, there were/are no open escrows for either year. Currently there is 1 home available for lease with none leased, and there was no leasing activity for last year.
