When it comes to doing my quarterly report for Moraga Drive, it feels like we are playing the same song quarter after quarter, year after year. For the second quarter of 2016, there has been no real estate activity, no homes listed for sale, none in escrow, no closed escrows and no homes available for lease or leased. In 2015, it was slightly different; there was one closed escrow, and one home that was leased.
