What is happening as pertains to Real Estate on your lovely and charming street, Moraga Drive.In comparing real estate activity between the 2nd quarter of 2014 and 2013, there really is not a lot of difference. Currently, there are no homes for sale or in escrow vs. 2 for sale last year, 1 in escrow, and none in escrow. For both years, there are/were no homes available for lease or leased.
