Moraga Drive is acting totally true to form as pertains to real estate activity. There are currently two homes on the market, one of which has been purchased and sold a few times in the last few years. Last year at this time there were none, and there are/where no open escrows for either year. This year showed 1 closed escrow, vs. none last year. Last year there was 1 home available for lease, which is once again looking for a new tenant. Speaking of which, I will be getting a lease listing on the street towards the end of this quarter. We are currently working on the house. I will let you know when it is available.
