It has been a busy real estate year in the Lower Casiano area!
When we compare the activity between 2014 and 2015, we can see that there were no sales in 2014 vs. 5 in 2015. For the 4th quarter of 2014 and 2015, the number of homes for sale is the same, two. Currently there is one home in escrow, vs. none for the same time period last year, and the same differential in the number of closed escrows is the same for each year, with one this past quarter vs. none in 2014.
