How is the Lower Casiano Area doing from a real estate perspective?
The numbers for the homes for sale for this past quarter vs. last year are the same, one home is available. Last year there were two homes in escrow vs. none currently, and there were no closed escrows either year. Once again, this is typical for an area the size of Lower Casiano. With the majority of the road work completed for construction on the freeway being completed we all just need to deal with the landscaping which should prove to be interesting.
