What is happening in Brentwood Circle?
In driving around the community, it still feels like we are playing “dodge-em” with all of the construction taking place. As both residents and workers in Brentwood know, we are all looking at more traffic in our lovely community as construction work begins the expansion of Brentwood and Archer Schools. Hopefully some of the traffic mitigation “fixes” that are being introduced including more traffic safety officers at Sunset and the 405 will bring some relief. Fingers crossed!
From a real estate perspective, how has Brentwood fared this past year vs. 2015?
In 2016 there were 4 homes listed for sale and 1 closed escrow. In 2015 the numbers varied a little with 9 homes listed for sale, 1 closed escrow, and 1 home leased. In looking at the activity from years past, these numbers are not too vastly different.
