What a difference a year makes!
Currently there is more inventory for sale in the community than we have seen in a while, and I know that when I drive around, I am playing “dodge um” with all of the construction vehicles! How does the real estate activity for this past year stack up again that of 2014? Currently there are 4 homes for sale vs. 1 for the last quarter of 2014. The numbers for the homes in escrow and closed for both years is the same, none. However, last year there were 4 closed escrows, one of which was a private sale, vs. two for this year.
