From a real estate perspective how do things look in Brentwood Circle?
The numbers fall in across the board just like they do in other areas. For this year, there is one on the market vs. three for the 3rd quarter last year. There is one home currently in escrow vs. none last year, and three closed escrows this past quarter, vs. four for the same time period last year. Even though we are heading into a traditionally slower time in real estate, that has not been the norm for the past year or so, as such if you are at all considering selling your home please do give me a call.
