From a real estate perspective, how is Brentwood Circle fairing this past quarter as compared to the 3rd quarter of last year.
First of all there is more construction taking place in the community then there has been in a while. As for properties actively on the market, currently there are 5 vs. 1 last year. There are none in escrow compared to 1 last year, and there is 1 home in escrow as compared to 3 last year. One home is available for lease and none were leased this past quarter compared to none available for lease at the same time last year, but one home had been leased. One of the homes available for lease last year is the home that just closed escrow.
