I don’t know about you, but I am soo thrilled with the improved traffic situation on Sunset! It feels like normal Los Angeles traffic again.
What is happening in Brentwood Circle as pertains to Real Estate and how does this year compare to last year. It is most interesting, but the numbers of listing sales, etc. are not that different this year from last for the same time period. In 2014, there is 1 home for sale vs. 2 in 2013, 1 home in escrow, vs. 2 last year, 1 closed escrow this year, and none last year. As for homes available for lease, there is 1 this year, and none leased, vs. none available for lease or leased. Please let me know how I might assist you with your real estate needs.
