From a real estate perspective, on a year over year basis, how did the community of Bel Air Park do in 2016 as compared to 2015?
The results were varied. There were are 8 homes that were listed for sale in 2016, 5 of which closed escrow. The remaining 3 are still on the market. Six homes were leased during 2016. In 2015, There were 4 homes listed for sale, however there were 8 closed escrows. Some homes were listed and sold in the same quarter. There was only 1 home available for lease in 2015.
