What is happening in Bel Air Park from a real estate perspective, and how does it compare over all to 2014?
Currently there are two homes for sale vs. three for the last quarter of 2014. There were no homes in escrow either year, as well as no closed escrows for the last quarter of each year. As for a year over year comparison, there were two sales in the community last year, one of which was a private sale, and in 2015 there were 8 sales, again one of which was a private sale. The prices have increased somewhat, and I am sure you have noticed the remodeling that is taking place throughout the community. As I indicated in the above paragraph, I expect the 2016 will bring continued growth to the value of the homes in the community.
