What has happened in Bel Air Park from a real estate perspective for the last quarter and how does it compare the 3rd quarter of last year?
Basically there is not a great deal of difference between the two years. Currently there are 2 homes available for sale vs. none last year. Neither year had any open escrows. As for closed escrows, there were 3 last year and 2 this year. Bottom line, the lack of inventory that other areas in the city are experiencing is also being played out in Bel Air Park as well. At the moment, there are 2 homes available for lease vs. 1 last year, and 2 were leased this last quarter, vs. none in 2015.
