Currently there are no homes actively for sale in the community, vs. one last year. There are no homes in escrow, which is the same as the 3rd quarter for ’14. For this past quarter, there were 4 closed escrows, and none last year. There is one home for lease this year, which again is the same as last year, and no homes were leased this past quarter, vs. three last year. This information definitely holds up to the common situation in West Los Angeles and the Real Estate market in general, in that there is low inventory.
