Bel Air Park has had more real estate activity in this last quarter than it has enjoyed in a long time. Currently there are 5 homes available for sale, vs. 1 last year. There is 1 home in escrow vs. 2 last year. We had 2 closed escrows this past quarter there were 2 closed escrow, vs. 4 last year (one of the sales was a private sale). There are 4 homes available for lease, with none last year, and for both years there were no homes leased in either quarter!
