From a real estate perspective what is happening in the great community of Bel Air Park today vs what was happening last year?
Basically the picture is not that different from the first quarter of last year. For both years, there was one home for sale, one home in escrow, , one closed escrow. Currently there are two homes available for lease, vs. none last year, and again the numbers are the same for each year as pertains to homes having been leased which is none. With the ups and downs of the stock market and the indecision of the Federal Reserve as to what they plan to do with interest rates, this year bodes to very interesting.
