What specifically is happening in the Lower Casiano Area?
We are being told that the closures of the 405 and/or Sepulveda at our front door should be over in the next 4 -5 weeks. The timing with the full force of the spring home buying season should make life interesting for all of us! Sometimes the more things change, the more they stay the same. Basically the listing/sale information for the community is the same for the past quarter as it was the first quarter of 2013. There is one home listed for sale, where as there were none the first quarter of last year. From that point out, everything else is the same. There are no homes are in escrow, now or then. Each year had no closed escrows. There is nothing for lease, and none were leased either year. Please let me know how I might assist you with any of your real estate needs.
