Moraga Place

A 24-hour, gate-guarded community at the end of Moraga Drive; partly developed from the estate of famous filmmaker Howard Keck. This lovely community, tucked away in a canyon across from the Getty, was primarily developed in the late 1980s; the majority of the 33 homes are two and three-story Mediterranean, located on large lots, 1/2 acre plus –some with tennis courts and all with pools.
