About
Ask anyone on the Westside about Carole Schiffer, and they will tell you that “…she is a dynamic real estate professional and community leader.” Having sold more than $1.5 billion in residential real estate since she started her career in 1978, Carole has demonstrated her ability to provide clients with ultimate, personal service.
It is not an accident that Carole ranks as one of the top Realtors in the nation of Coldwell Banker out of the Brentwood Office in West Los Angeles, California. Carole is a member of Coldwell Banker’s President Premier, an exclusive designation reserved for the company’s top two percent in sales performance in the United States (see her 2010 and 2011 Letter of Recognition from Coldwell Banker). She also is a founding member and Director on the Los Angeles Coldwell Banker Community Foundation Board of Directors.
Carole is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Los Angeles/Beverly Hills Board of Realtors. She also is a former member of the strategic planning committee and Board of Directors of the Combined Los Angeles Multiple Listing Service. Carole specializes in the sale of luxury homes in West Los Angeles gated communities.
In addition to these professional activities, she is Director of Corporate Community Relations for Coldwell Banker’s Los Angeles region, and she also serves as the Director of Training for the Coldwell Banker Brentwood office.
In real estate sales since 1978, Carole was born and raised on the Westside, attending UCLA, where she also received her MBA. She is a true Bruin fan.
Perhaps one of Carole’s most crowning achievements has been the founding and production of Great Tastes In Brentwood. Founded in 1987 — which ran successfully for 20 years — this community event was held in the Fall, and attracted thousands from around Southern California to sample the “best of Los Angeles restaurants”. Sponsored by Coldwell-Banker, Great Tastes in Brentwood has raised more than $500,000 since its inception for local public schools and the Donald K. Kaufman branch of the Los Angeles Public Library, located in Brentwood.
Besides Carole’s dedication and involvement in the very successful Great Tastes, she is an active community leader. She is a Director of theCentruy city Chamber of commerce as well as of the Greater West Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. She also supports the Los Angeles County Museum of Art by being an active member of the Modern and Contemporary Art Council as well as the Custom Council, and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Carole is also a member of the Glass Alliance of Los Angeles. She is also a member of the Skirball Museum.
A resident of Bel Air Crest since 1992, she is the Liaison for Bel Air Crest to the Mission Canyon Coalition and serves as the Secretary on the Bel Air Crest Master Association Board of Directors, and she serves as chairman of the Landscaping committee and is the co-editor of the Bel Air Crest newsletter – “The Crestline”.
As one client summed up his experience with Carole in purchasing a home in Bel Air, “…Carole has the ability to match a home and owner which takes a special skill, and to her credit, she is a master at understanding her client and offering home selections that are sound choices.”
Carole Schiffer is a dedicated, committed real estate professional who cares about her community. She gives back every day to her profession and to her community in so many ways. That’s why Carole is someone with whom you should do business. You will get 100% dedication and professionalism.
